Our main retail footprint is one bay of the Saint James storage facility on Arlington Ave Saint James.

Our family moved to Saint James in 2016 and fell in Love with this community. Now that retiremant quicly approaches I hope to put my efforts to helping the residents of Saint James in any way we can think of.

After 30 Years working for the LIRR in the Engineering department as a Communications Foreman on the help desk I seek to apply my talents to  things that interest me and help society grow stronger. For over 10 years we have seen an increase in living costs while the average income has stagnated.

I think we need to find some ways to make our money strech further.
